How TPN Works

Here’s how TPN works:
 
Getting started with TPN is easy. After you’ve set up a TPN Account, a TPN Representative will be in contact to help you get started utilizing your Recruiting Management System. Then you will be able to start working with your Recruiting Specialist.

Once your TPN Account is set up here is how it works:

Build your Player Profile including Skills Videos or Game Highlight Videos, Photos, Stats, Awards, Schedule, Contact Info, Academic Data, and virtually any additional information you wish to showcase to the college coaches.

Search the TPN College Coach Database for your sport. You can search by Division, Conference, State, Geographical Region, or any combination. Simply select the coaches you wish to contact and click on Compose. It’s that easy!

Your TPN System automatically addresses an email to each coach you’ve selected and inserts a Link to your Player Profile. The TPN Email Editor has many advanced Auto-Insert Features to help you personalize your emails for each coach.

You have the option to save each College Coach Database Search as a Contact List. This lets you quickly email to that saved list again. Just select the saved list and click Compose.

TPN has an integrated email system so you will never have to log into a separate email account. Each TPN Client gets a Position Specific Email Address such as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Detailed View Tracking shows you which coaches view your Player Profile and how many times they are watching your Videos. TPN has advanced View Tracking features available only through TPN.
